As a male, I believe that women should get the opportunity to get free birth control, here’s what I mean…

In the United Kingdom, most forms of prevention are covered by the NHS if recommended by a doctor. In with this, many schools and universities urge adolescents to register for the C-Card initiative, which allows individuals between the ages of 13 and 24 to acquire free condoms and sexual health testing facilities.

Birth control is now free for the vast majority of women with insurance coverage in the United States, according to the Affordable Healthcare Act. If a person does not have access to appropriate health insurance, they must compensate for the expense of birth control. If women cannot afford health insurance or medical costs, they will be unable to use birth control.

Birth control is vital because it gives women control over their bodies and fertility, minimizing the incidence of unplanned pregnancies and miscarriages. According to a research conducted by the Washington University School of Medicine, access to free birth control might save up to 71 percent of abortions done in the United States each year.

In addition to fertility and pregnancy control, the pill is used to diagnose and cure serious illnesses such as menstruation and PCOS. Even though there are no medical advances for these conditions, the birth control pill is generally the most effective means of treating symptoms. Moreover, for women who have experienced excessive vaginal bleeding, birth control is commonly the only practical option.

Birth control should be free since it is so important to so many women. Birth control not only regulates pregnancies, but it also enhances people’s standards of living.
